Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

Wait time could improve

Amazing service every time. All staff are knowledgable, helpful and always friendly. I often need help due to my mental health and the staff always go above and beyond for me.

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option
