Cromwell Hospital is generally always a good experience.

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

This seems to be a well run establishment and the staff are caring. The hospital is very clean too.

I recently saw Mr Davis and he was wonderful. He was kind and put me at ease right away. The procedure was easy and he followed up with me by phone. His nurses were also fantastic. When I had a question, I got a prompt response which I really appreciated.

Pleasant, relaxing environment. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Seen very promptly. Lovely consultant, appointment was not rushed. Consultant listened carefully to the answers to his questions to both myself and my wife - engaging us both thoroughly throughout the consultation, making what could have been a rather stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Appraised our views and evidence, recording on laptop as we conversed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic staff and facilities - highly recommend!

Efficient and insightful. My concern was that I would be encouraged to have surgery but I was rightly recommended to try physio first.

I found Cleveland Clinic to be a great experience. Everything seem to be top class, from the facilities, the equipment and the people I interacted with. Also upon my initial consultation, they were also able to do all my required examinations on the spot (Blood test, ECG, echocardiogram and patch heart rate monitor) which is something I was not expecting at all!

Was welcomed by name on arrival and the new check in procedure was explained to me. Offered a drink and made to feel very at ease.
