All staff are beyond helpful and friendly

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

Highly recommend, great service

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

It is never easy having an operation, so the overall experience is not one I would readily repeat: I therefore couldn't rate it as excellent. But the professionalism and care and kindness were wonderful. And I am delighted with the results.

The team at the clinic is professional and hard working, communication has always been quick and effective to resolve any doubt or problem I had. Thank you!
