Generally satisfied with my experience.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Good post-op care

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
