I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Dr Lamond listened to the history leading up to my visit, and was patient in asking probing questions to get a good understanding. She had a follow up with me shortly after my initial visit to perform addition diagnostics
