Dr Firoozi is highly professional, detailed, considerate and an extremely proficient communicator. Most importantly, I was very impressed by the way he listens intently to ensure he has full context and understanding of your concerns and questions. This ensures that a fully comprehensive, accurate and detailed analysis will follow. His approach provided me with confidence that I am in the best possible hands.

I had severe aortic stenosis, and was scheduled to have a new aortic valve using TAVI procedure. After consultation with four radiologists the TAVI consultant decided that for me there were unacceptable risks, and it would be better to replace the valve using minimalist surgery and he introduced me to Roberto Casula who explained that replacing the valve by surgery was a safer and better option, and furthermore the valve would last for life (and even if it did not, then TAVI could be used). Dr Casula was very reassuring and I had every confidence in him. The operation was done at the Cromwell hospital London, and I was only in hospital 5 nights. It is now 6 weeks since the operation and am recovering well, and having physio. Am nearly back to normal. I am very grateful to Dr Casula and his team.

I highly recommend Dr Kalpa De Silva. He is very capable and very competent. He listens, explains everything thoroughly and answers all my questions. He is very welcoming and professional. I cannot thank him enough for the care he gives me whether it's through NHS or Private. His comments are credible and reassuring.

Dr Lipkin is someone who goes the extra mile to support and create a sense of calm with his patients. He explains medical issues in a manner which can be clearly understood and does not create alarm or panic. Despite being a cardiologist he listens sympathetically to any contributing factors to a problem and his professional skills are second to none.

I met with Professor Ruparelia to undergo a bubble echocardiogram May 2024. Professional from the first interaction discussions my situation prior to the echo. Was keen to explain the procedure but also depending on the outcome, what the viable next steps would be. Very informative and attentive. Also able to provide results there and then to avoid stress from waiting.

Dr Chandran has a caring and reassuring manner and investigated the cause of my issues thoroughly with various tests. He explained very clearly and patiently to me what my issues were after my angiogram and have set out a treatment plan for my angina. I highly recommend Dr Chandran.

Dr John O’Dwyer made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. He remained very professional but we enjoyed sharing a few jokes a long side my examination. He has referred me to have an MRI which worried me but he reassured me this was to cover all possibilities and hopefully find the cause of my dystonia.
