Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
