The hospital staff were very friendly and there were lots of toys for my son to play with.

The King Edward Vii hospital was really accommodating. I was warmly welcomed and I was seen by my consultant on time and was able to get my imaging arranged for the next day and get my medication all in less than half an hour. If only all hospitals would be like this.

Great visit overall, ICU nurses were generally friendlier/more engaged than the ward staff. Physiotherapist was very helpful and supportive.
Food was excellent.

The Welbeck is a clean comfortable and efficient place to attend. The staff are all helpful and friendly. My only problem was the length of wait I had to get my prescription filled.

Whenever I have an appointment it is an extremely pleasant experience.  As for the staff, My surgery was performed by Mr Amir Hamid is an incredible surgeon who puts you at ease and explains everything very clearly and concisely, he is very approachable which puts you at ease.  Then there is Eva and Celine who I came to know when they worked in Reception, very welcoming,, kind, charming , helpful and knowledgable as are Max and Theresa. There are also members of the team who have performed eye tests on me in advance of me seeing the ophthalmologist who  I don’t know the names of but are equally an asset to Optegra as is the lovely cleaner who keeps the clinic spotless and always has a lovely smile when you see her. They all make for an extremely pleasant and reassuring experience. Optegra is incredibly lucky to have these members of staff working for them . Thank you🙏🏻
