Positive experience at the Portland despite the hospital being quite busy. We had to wait a few times for care from the midwives but they were consistently kind and professional.

My recent visit to King Edward VII's Hospital for an MRI was lovely.
All the staff are polite and kind and go out of their way to be accommodating.  The Hospital itself is  clean and pleasant and modern.
The whole place is well run.  I  arrived early  and was seen early.  Plenty of staff around.  Clean toilets.  Ten out of ten for everything.

I have been to Bupa Health Care Canary Wharf a number of times. Staff has always been very attentive and the service timely. It is a first rate facility.

I recently had an iron infusion treatment at University College London and received excellent care throughout the whole experience. Dr Ranjana Mazumdar was outstanding, extremely attentive and caring.

On the day of the infusion, I was looked after by Antonia, who was also very experienced, attentive and professional. She provided me with all the information I needed and made sure I was comfortable and well cared for throughout the treatment.

I highly recommend the team and the service 100%. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received.

Luciana is one of the best osteopaths I’ve ever seen; she treated my son when he was a tiny baby, and now that he’s almost three, she remains attentive, listens to our questions, and always has solutions she is wonderful.
