Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. The staff were very friendly and my nurse, Beth, was also very clear and helpful throughout the appointment
