Dr Balerdi was so nice. He explained everything in a way for me to understand.

Dr Grosser was professional in all our meetings. He was willing to take time to explain things clearly and give appropriate additional resources for my own learning. His personalized advice for my procedures was much appreciated. I was very reassured by his manner and management of my condition which reduced my anxiety considerably. Dr Bhan has been my consultant since my diagnosis. I have always left a consult fully understanding my condition, procedures required, medications and the road ahead. I have dealt with many doctors and consultants and have felt unseen and unheard, I never felt this way with doctor Bhan.
