Really great, brilliant that I could access a specialist to do a paediatric echo and ECG for my son at such short notice, he spent an hour doing the scan and also explaining the issue. I'm really grateful to MUMs for providing this service, parking was easy too and it's a very non threatening place to go compared to a larger hospital.

All staff brilliant, rooms could do with make over , choice of food very limited

Paid for 2 blood tests. On day of test we had keep repeating our contact details. Waited 4-5 days for results, then had to chase to be told they have a back log but should have them Sunday I repeated my email address again to receptionist to make sure they had it. Chased again Monday morning as still no results only to be told they were sent to a completely random email address (data breach I think), even though I repeatedly gave my email address on 2 occasions. Then I was told they only tested for 1 blood test not the 2 we paid for. Had to go back to have more blood taken for the 2nd test. So no not a good experience. Very unprofessional

I found it very helpful sending emails with appointments explaining the procedures.

Excellent couldn’t have asked for better treatment and Lindness

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

I felt very confident in all aspects of my experience at The Park.

Have been several times and it is always a great experience

Perfect All round apart from the lift being out of service once having ankle problems was not exactly easy
