I have been receiving Women's Health physiotherapy for a prolapse with Zaneta at Bodyset Cobham for the past 3 months and she has been wonderful. Her professionalism and detailed knowledge combined with her friendly and welcoming manner have made a sensitive issue much easier for me to discuss and manage. I have already seen an improvement thanks to Zaneta's guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend Zaneta.

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. I saw an ad for Resolved Physio through Instagram and initially had a phone consultation with Nick. From that call I felt confident that Nick would be able to help me with my foot/ leg issue, particularly as I was going on an 11 day trek 6 weeks later. Nick was able to diagnose the issue straight away and started treatment immediately which also included exercises for me to do daily, which were reviewed and updated with each session. Sending videos of the exercises was brilliant so I knew I was doing them correctly. As a last resort in case of issues whilst I was trekking, Nick also provided a taping solution for my foot, to take the pressure off the tendon and shot a video of him taping my own foot so I could practise (just in case). Needless to say I didn't need to tape my foot at all. Nick treats his patient with amazing care, is attentive to everything and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dr Roughley has always had time for me and always listens to what I have to say. He always takes a measured and informed approach and has never appeared dismissive. He has been a crucial part of recovering from quite a difficult situation I was in. He is warm and kind. I have nothing negative to say at all!
