Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. I have been seeing Matt for a number of years. No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement. I went to Taylor with a painful elbow and the sessions were really helpful, she explained what she was doing and took time to show me how to do exercises at home and practiced them in the session. My painful elbow has now gone and know who to go to if I have any other pains

I love love love Acu Medic clinic and Dr Chen! I’m always welcomed very warmly and the organisation of the sessions are excellent! A few months ago my monthly cycle had severe irregularities and my PMS was very intense. I started having regular sessions with Dr Chen and after even after first 6 session cycle there were fantastic improvements. Now when I’ve completed my second 6 session cycle I can with confidence say that Pms is practically unnoticeable and my period is back to usual 26 days, it’s light and easy. It feels miraculous! I am very grateful and now I’m continuing the third cycle just to support my general well-being! I love the sense of balance and ease everytime I leave the clinic!!
