This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.
