Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

My experience with Cultural Health Club Clinic has been an excellent one. My physio (Daniel) has a plethora of knowledge and is highly experienced. As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible. Securing an appointment was quick and easy, the staff at Cultural Health Club are friendly and flexible.
