Tan explains things so clearly. He cheerfully explained the procedure, what might hurt afterwards and exactly what I needed to do to make a quick and full recovery. He was so generous with his time and even telephoned me the next day to explain what he found and ask how I was. He is excellent.

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!
