I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

Horrible experience from start to finish - from failure to provide key medical information in my first cycle, to failure to give the financial impact of medical decisions the team wanted to make on my behalf in the second, to constant cash grabs after the fact (e.g., not getting any benefit from the “1 year of free storage” if you have a previous cycle of eggs frozen - even though the samples from 2 cycles are treated as one lot of inventory AFTER the free year that you don’t benefit expires). Do yourself a favor and go any other fertility provider. Facilities at the partner clinics they use are clean and treatments are safe. Kings Fertility which did both my extractions were great.

Operation went as planned, explained everything to me, felt at ease, very pleased overall.
