Dealing with Bright 360 was the most pleasant experience I have had in the private sector. I went to another provider privately, and my daughter came to Bright 360. Both offered online and remote diagnosis, however with Bright 360 Jonathan and Mikko are a cohesive and sensitive team, whereas with the other provider, I found the doctor said one thing and then the admin would jar me with another thing. It was borderline traumatic for such a delicate process, especially if you are undergoing a diagnosis for the first time or later in life. I feel strongly the need to recommend Bright 360 if you want no trauma, no vulnerability mishaps, and no stress from treatment to payment. I cannot recommend Bright 360 highly enough.

Mindbridge was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional in helping me transition my diagnosis and prescription from Canada as we settled here in Dublin.  Intake was straightforward and the process was quite fleixble compared to almost every other clinic I inquired with - most of whom seemed to treat my situation as no different than a new diagnosis.  Dr. Raaj was knowledgeable, understanding and quite insightful - he gave me a lot of good information I never got from my Canadian GP.  Highly recommended, particularly for those who are making the move to Dublin from abroad and are looking to ensure continuity of their treatment.

Tremendously helpful and informative appointment with Dr. Wong who gave great practical advise and reassurance during and after a broad and deep analysis of medical history and current circumstances.

Dr Raaj has been super helpful and supportive of my shift from the Canadian to the Irish system - taking the time to truly understand my situation and circumstances and treat me specifically.  He worked with me to determine which medication would best suit since Ireland does not offer Foquest which was my Canadian Rx.  Once we landed on the option, he took the time over several follow ups to help dial in the dosage to where it was effectively the same effect as what I'd been used to.  Very happy with his treatment overall and highly recommend to anyone looking for support with their ADHD.

The lightness of the meeting and the reassurance, as well as being cohesive with their admin person, made a world of difference. Mikko is patient, well-informed, and warm.
