I had an excellent appointment with Dr. Ghaznan yesterday morning. I always ensure to book a slot when he is available to see me. He is an outstanding doctor and I am enjoying the rapport and trust I'm building up with him. Being autistic I find it extremely hard to physically go to a doctor. It really overwhelms me and I get extremely anxious. Dr. Ghaznan understands this and he treats me with such kindness, sensitivity and care. He is now my whole family's go to doctor. I cannot describe the positive impact he has had on my life. I can't speak about Dr. Ghaznan highly enough.

On Thursday Night I arrived home from work unwell I thought it was the flu so I took flu remedies and went to bed Friday was much of a wipe out but I did notice my throat was very sore and my swallow wasn't great. On Saturday morning I contacted you via the website its not my first time using the service and it is reasonably good. I received an appointment immediately within 10 mins I requested a video consultation I waited in thew waiting room on the link the Doctor came on using some sort of green screen back ground which didn't bother me but the noise level was deafening it was like in a children's indoor play centre or a very busy shopping centre coffee shop on the centres main throughway I tired to have a conversation but it was really hard to hear him I explained that I may need antibiotics or a steroid as my throat was swollen along with my tongue. He prescribed me 3 item Solpadine, antihistamine which I requested an antibiotic or steroid at the end of the conversation and another pain killer with an anti inflammatory in it. These item clearly haven't worked because at 3.30 am this morning I had to see a doctor in a 24hr clinic to get the steroid/antibiotic that I should have received on Saturday morning. I have used you service a few times before without a problem and it is reasonably good , but Saturday was an eye opener if I could not hear your doctor and had to ask him at least 3 times to repeat what he was saying how could he give me the care and attention that I needed that I wouldn't be in this predicament this morning.
