We sincerely apologise for the background noise during the appointment, as this clearly impacted communication and is not the standard of environment we expect our clinicians to provide. Regarding the treatment provided, we would like to clarify that prescriptions are not guaranteed as part of a consultation. Any medication prescribed, or decision not to prescribe certain treatments such as antibiotics or steroids, is made solely by the doctor following a clinical assessment and in line with medical guidelines and patient safety. That said, we fully understand your frustration, particularly given that your symptoms worsened and you subsequently needed further medical care. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, especially as you have previously had positive experiences with our service.
