I had a very good experience with Dr Raaj. He is welcoming, kind, encouraging, and actually listens to what you say. Being able to contact via WhatsApp was great as it eases the pressure of making contact with a psychiatrist that I know a lot of people with adhd deal with.

I have had such a positive experience with Dr Raaj, although I have had a diagnosis of ADHD for a number of years it was my first time to explore medications. Dr Raaj explained thoroughly how medication works and what my expectations could be, he also discussed evidence based lifestyle changes that could enhance medication and give me optimum results. Now that I have seen the benefits of medication it has really opened my eyes to how challenging things had been for me throughout my life. Medication is not a wand that fixes everything but it certainly helps and supports people with ADHD to reach goals and I would say in my case live a much happier and fulfilled life. I think unless you have ADHD it’s hard to describe the burnout and overwhelm that comes with it but having relief from this has been the biggest change for me. Thanks to all the staff at Mindbridge you are really helping to enhance people’s lives. Administration staff also deserve a massive shout out they are really prompt in responding to queries, my script has always been sent on the same day and also reminders for appointments is a real help. I’ve had a really positive experience with MindBridge Medical. From my first appointment, I felt listened to and involved in decisions about my treatment. My psychiatrist, Dr. Raaj, has taken the time to understand how my medication affects me rather than simply increasing or decreasing the dose. When I mentioned problems with sleep, we discussed the options together and agreed on a plan that made sense. The service has also been clear and straightforward. I’m now on six-monthly reviews, repeat prescriptions are easy to arrange, and I was even provided with a travel letter for my medication as part of my consultation. Big shoutout to Kelly.
