Really good service from start to finish. The whole process was easy to use and straightforward, and I didn't have to wait long for appointments or responses. Everything was explained clearly and it was easy to know what the next steps were. Communication was great throughout. Any time I had a question, whether by email or WhatsApp, I got a quick reply and never felt I was left waiting for an answer. The service was efficient, professional, and made the whole process much less stressful than I expected. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone! 10/10.

Booking an appointment with Dr. Raaj online is incredibly easy, with excellent, readily available availability. The convenience of attending appointments online makes the entire process seamless and highly flexible. Dr. Raaj is extremely knowledgeable, offering expert diagnosis and treatment. He is an attentive listener, very easy to talk to, and breaks down complex diagnoses and the rationale for treatment into practical, easy-to-understand advice. Dr Raj is compassionate, understanding, non-judgemental and empathetic. Being assessed is an uncertain and nervous time. I felt very at ease. The communication throughout and advice is excellent. Full care and guidance is at your fingertips and knowing you can contact him with a super-quick response is so reassuring . I would highly recommend. My experience has been flawless.

Very beneficial

I’m a reluctant confirmed ADHD patient! I came across Dr Raaj after reading reviews online and found the process efficient and thorough. It’s great see a progressive clinic offering a prompt online service in a caring and friendly situation. I wasn’t sure about doing the consultations online however after the first session my mind is made up that it’s the way forward. It saves me taking time out of my day to drive to an appointment, wait around then see a doctor. Dr Raaj is very personable and chatty so there’s no awkwardness of an online Zoom (or none that I found) . The setup is very efficient and in fairness to Dr Raaj, it’s a holistic approach even if medication is the main outcome. I’ve started slowly, building the dose each month and hopefully will be to the right level for me soon. I would highly recommend Dr Raaj, I’ve only had interactions with him but based on that, I assume he is careful about the colleagues he works with and I would be comfortable that they are all professional and caring. Thanks again, the process has been way easier and so much less daunting than I felt it would particularly because I was reluctant patient but delighted I took the plunge and started treatment Thanks again

Followup appointment 1 month after I transferred over to Mindbridge from my previous doctor. In my initial appointment, Raaj gave me a host of ways and tools to manage my medication and symptoms. One month later, we covered how everything was settling in (fantastically by the way) and steps going forward. Raaj was very attentive, in depth and interested in hearing how I was managing.
