Dr Sinead Murphy

Dr Sinead Murphy is a consultant in general paediatrics. Dr Murphy studied undergraduate medicine at Trinity College Dublin. They trained in paediatrics in Dublin and then in the UK at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London and at University College London, where they completed a clinical fellowship in Paediatric Endocrinology before returning to Ireland.

Dr Murphy has a special interest in childhood obesity and has carried out extensive research on this subject. They are a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and a member of the RCPI's Clinical Advisory Group on Obesity.
