It was a very positive visit . Dr Lambert was excellent as always. And the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for an excellent service.
A very pleasant quiet clinic. Professor Lambert was very pleasant and explained everything to help me make choices on treatment and also realistic about expectations.
I have been to Dr. Lambert 3 times. Every time but especially the last two visits I experienced were rushed. My consultation is for 30 minutes but it has never taken that long. I found his bedside manner very poor. He just rushed to write a prescription. He doesnt encourage you to ask questions and jumps up ushering me to the door. There is no warmth, no empathy. I do try to ask questions so I am not rushed but when the doctor is standing at the door after opening it I don't feel welcome. Considering the cost of the appointment and how life changing and debilitating lyme disease is I would expect much better treatment.
