Ms Judith Dowling

Judith Dowling is a Psychotherapist accredited by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), based in Naas, County Kildare. With a background in Humanities from NUI Maynooth, including Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College Dublin, Judith brings a robust educational foundation to her therapeutic work.

Drawing from personal experiences as a counselling client and professional expertise, Judith believes in the healing potential of talk therapy. In her practice, she addresses a diverse array of issues, tailoring her approach to each client's unique needs. Her therapeutic toolkit includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
