Rownan is a great and professional therapist. Among four therapists that I have gone to, I would definitely see him as the top one. He is very knowledgeable about his field and challenges you. I learned a lot from him. He understands your limit as well and he tried to teach you how to cope with your emotions. I highly recommend him.
Rowan has been the help that we needed when we needed it as we were at a crisis point with our young son. We are still engaging with Rowan and I would highly recommend his professional help with teenagers. Our son loves him, Rowan gives him the space and helps he needs and we as parents see very positive results. We are most grateful.
I had my final appointment yesterday. I have been attending GRCC for a long time and it has been life changing.. l have learnt more about myself as apposed to the abuser which was fantastic regardung getting back my power. . The tools l have been given going forward have and will be with me for the rest of my life. Take the step, be brave and seek help. Rowan was/is amazing and l was open to any changes, help and guidance l received. I am very grateful far all the understanding, patience and clarity that l was shown . Now l look forward to beginning the rest of my life. Thank you for everything
Rowan was an amazing therapist, he listens attentivley and objectivley and never failed to have a neutral view on any topic I brought up and always brought a fresh persepctive to it and how to look at it from the outside in, he always had exercises for me to do to put into practice the stratergies we discussed. He was amazing and truly the best therapist I have ever had
Rowan is a good listener and provides a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings while he challenges you without making you feel judged. He has helped me to learn and relearn how to approach challenges and understand myself. He has been an invaluable part of my healing journey and today's session reconfirmed that I found the right therapist to help me.
Rowan is an exceptionally open-minded, knowledgeable, and professional practitioner. I have been in therapy for four years, and he is the only person who truly challenged me to reconsider my perspectives in a meaningful way. Working with him feels like being given access to an entirely new dimension of self-understanding—one that I did not previously recognize or know how to explore. Rather than telling you what is “right” or “wrong,” Rowan grounds his work in scientific insight. He helps you understand why you think the way you do and where those patterns originate, which creates genuine awareness instead of surface-level reassurance. This approach has been profoundly impactful for me. He also has strong experience helping clients reduce chronic stress and panic attacks through physical and body-based techniques. Throughout my work with him, he has been consistently understanding, attentive, and highly professional. I recommend Rowan without hesitation. His approach is both intellectually rigorous and deeply supportive, and the value of his work extends far beyond conventional therapy.
Rowan is a very understanding and friendly person who makes you feel truly welcome. His approach is perfectly balanced—not too much, not too little, just right. He has a real skill for making you feel comfortable and never judged, no matter what you share. At the same time, he has the knowledge and insight to help in a practical and meaningful way. I highly recommend Rowan; it was a genuine pleasure working with him.
Rowan is very helpful in listening to you and helping figure out ways to deal with and calm your nervous system. He is professional and understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for any of the different branches of therapy/psychology.
Rowan has a wealth of knowledge and no matter what I have brought to our sessions he leaves me feeling resolved, calm and clear.
Rowan was excellent. He is a very thoughtful and educated therapist. Therapy is, for me, unfortunately necessary and I just "clicked" with Rowan. This is invaluable. Without that feeling of connectedness, it simply won't work. He pushes me but only at a speed I'm comfortable with. I can see the progress, as can other people around me and will continue with Rowan until it is no longer as necessary as it is now.
