Connor Woods

Connor Woods is a Chartered Physiotherapist at PhysioCare. He completed his Bachelor’s (BSc) degree in Physical Education and Biology at Dublin City University in 2020 followed by his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London in 2023.

In addition to his physiotherapy qualifications, Connor has achieved ITEC Level 2 Fitness Instruction and Level 3 Personal Training certifications. This dual expertise allows him to integrate exercise prescription with his rehabilitation knowledge. 

With a specific interest in hips and lumbopelvic control, Connor's sessions target functional impairments, enabling patients to move freely and engage in their daily activities without pain. Emphasising education, his sessions empower patients to take control of their movement and overall wellbeing.
