I had some shoulder issue and went for a consultation Oisin gave me some exercises to help loosen the tightness

Visited recently with an ongoing hip / groin issue. Was given a thorough assessment on the pain I was feeling and my range of movement too. The follow-up exercises I was given were amazing, Oisin broke them down well and demonstrated them making them easier to do myself daily.
