Total Performance Physio

I hurt my shoulder in an accident and attended for physio with Oisín in Total Performance Physio. He worked wonders for my shoulder and I got my range back very quickly. The location in Lucan was so convenient too, with parking right outside. I would highly recommend.

Very knowledgable chartered physiotherapist and clearly understood the problem with my shoulder. Good advice on how I could help reduce the chance of the injury reoccurring. Treatment was effective aided by video of exercises to do at home.

I am a lady in my mid sixties and I visited Oisín with a sore left hip while sleeping. He did a very detailed consultation with me prior to giving me two specific exercises. He explained the exercises to me which he then recorded while I performed them. I was then able to refer to them while I did the exercises at home. I am very pleased with the result. Oisín is a very pleasant and efficient physiotherapist. I would highly recommend him.

I had experienced an injury in my ankle while playing football and got seen to quickly by Oisín who was very helpful and professional. He provided me with visual routines to aid my recovery which I found very helpful
