Oisin treated me for an injury I picked up running, my Achilles had me bothering me. Oisin was quick to get to the route of the problem by assessing my situation thoroughly. He also provided me with a simple routine workout for at home to do to prevent it happening again
I recently went to Oisin at Total performance physio in Lucan for a shoulder injury and had a great experience. He asked really thorough questions, clearly explained the issue and gave me a tailored excerise plan that was easy to follow. After a few sessions, I notified a huge improvement in movement and pain. Oisin is knowledgeable and easy to deal with I would highly recommend him
