Oisin was really helpful. He put me at ease after having big knee surgery and we discussed the plan and what to expect at each stage. The app with exercises made things really easy to follow so I could stay on track with the first few weeks of my rehab
Oisin is fantastic at what he does; he put me right at ease and has a brilliant way of explaining complex things in a simple, easy-to-understand way. He took the time to properly assess the injury and built a completely tailored rehabilitation plan.
Oisin treated me for an injury I picked up running, my Achilles had me bothering me. Oisin was quick to get to the route of the problem by assessing my situation thoroughly. He also provided me with a simple routine workout for at home to do to prevent it happening again
I recently went to Oisin at Total performance physio in Lucan for a shoulder injury and had a great experience. He asked really thorough questions, clearly explained the issue and gave me a tailored excerise plan that was easy to follow. After a few sessions, I notified a huge improvement in movement and pain. Oisin is knowledgeable and easy to deal with I would highly recommend him
