Ms Caroline McGuigan is a Counsellor & Psychotherapist with a rich background in mental health advocacy and suicide prevention. With over 20 years of experience, she has been deeply involved as a Founder and past CEO of a pioneering Mental Health and Suicide Prevention organisation. Caroline's journey has been driven by passion, persistence, belief, commitment, and love, leading to the creation of groundbreaking programs that have impacted thousands of lives.

Her professional roles have spanned various areas including psychotherapy, group facilitation, tutoring at Maynooth University, and advocacy roles such as with Amnesty International. Caroline is recognised as an Advanced WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) facilitator and integrates transpersonal leadership, collaboration, partnership, therapy, facilitation, meditation, and campaigning into her practice.
