I went to Sean a for a couple of sessions over the past few years. I found him very professional, compassionate and easy to talk to. He made me feel better about how I was feeling and helped me approach how I was feeling in a logical and practical way.
I am happy that I found Sean as my mentor and teacher. This is my journey to becoming a counsellor. Thanks to the friendly, non-judgmental, and warm atmosphere, I am able to open up and explore many aspects of my life. The sessions with him have taught me a lot about myself as well as about the work of a counsellor.
Seán’s kind and caring nature made me feel relaxed and able to discuss my issues in a calming environment.
Excellent Counselling from Sean. I would highly recommend him. Helped me work through my issues and all good to date.
I've had previous good and bad experiences with counselling / therapy....and Sean is great. I connected with him right away, which is crucial for this kind of relationship. He is super knowledgable about the areas we talk about; work related stress, grief, addiction. I really appreciate the practical tools he shares, lived examples and I feel I can take these away and make them my own. Sean manages to gather all the random split marbles of my brain together and pieces them together with me. 've had a lot of 'AHA' moments as a result. He's also good craic. In between the 'work' we also have a laugh which is good for the soul.
I attended Sean when I was going through a very bad trauma and suffering with PTSD. Sean was so helpful/supportive and I will be forever grateful to him and the service he provided.
Very good and helpful I use what Sean thought me in everyday life
I find Sean very professional while also having a safe and comfortable space to talk . His kind words of encouragement make u feel like there’s nothing that can’t be achieved or we can’t get through even on the worst days while’s also being a listening ear that knows no judgment I can 100% recommend Sean
Sean is a very professional, well-trained counselor who also provides a sense of warmth, comfort, and familiarity during his sessions.
Excellent psychologist extremely genuine
