Garth Bunting is an integrative psychotherapist who provides a supportive and collaborative space for individuals seeking help with life’s emotional and psychological challenges. He practices from Sutton Cross Medical Practice in North Dublin and also offers online sessions, allowing clients flexibility in how they access therapy.  This includes a free, 15 minute telephone or video call to discuss your needs.

Garth holds an MSc in Psychotherapy from Dublin City University, completed in 2023. His training and experience enable him to work with a wide range of personal difficulties, supporting clients with empathy for their individual experiences.

Throughout his work, Garth has supported people living with the effects of bereavement, ill health, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, and experiences of abuse. He recognises that each person’s situation is unique and believes therapy should be tailored to meet the needs of the individual or couple.

As an integrative psychotherapist, Garth draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches and works collaboratively with clients to find the methods that best support their goals and wellbeing. He uses therapy methods like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy and person-centred therapy, in his work.  Garth's aim is to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Through this personalised approach, Garth supports individuals in developing greater self-awareness, coping strategies, and resilience as they work towards positive and lasting change to bring healing and wholeness..
