Anna Glynn is a Senior Occupational Therapist with over 8 years of specialised experience in mental health. With a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Anna has furthered her expertise with advanced certifications in various interventions such as DBT, MBT, Trauma Therapy, Family Therapies, WRAP, and Health Coaching. She is also trained in the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills, adding depth to her skill set.

Anna's professional journey includes extensive work within the UK's National Health Service, where she delved into complex areas such as suicide and self-harm prevention, trauma recovery, and supporting individuals with autism. Currently serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist in the Acute Adult Mental Health Unit in Galway City, Anna remains dedicated to advancing her field. She actively collaborates on research projects related to suicide risk assessment and safety planning, in partnership with a consultant psychiatrist colleague.
