In Dublin these services are delivered in in our Fit For Life Clinic in Sandyford Village with individual home visits available across Dublin and surrounding counties.
Specifcially designed 'Stand Strong' classes are available in Sandyford Village and locations in South and North Dublin.

I organised physio at home through Fit-for-Life for my elderly and very immobile dad. It started as a trial but I have to say it has been a game-changer. One to one targeted rehab at home has made a significant improvement on his balance, strength and mobility. As a family we are delighted as is my Dad! I would genuinely recommend this as part of a solution to keep elderly parents safe and independent at home.
