I’ve been working with Luba for many years now, and truthfully, she has been a strong source of strength in my life.

I first came to her carrying huge grief after losing my pets — a kind of grief that not everyone understands, and something previous therapists hadn’t really been able to hold space for. From our very first session, Luba met me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt safe. She honoured my animals, my love for them, and the place they still hold in my heart. Even now, she continues to acknowledge them and the role they play in my healing, which means the world to me.

Life hasn’t exactly been gentle with me, and I’ve gone through more ups and downs than most. Through all of it, Luba has stayed steady beside me. Her sessions feel very intentional; she gives me the space to be fully vulnerable, to say what I need to say without interruption, and then gently helps guide things in whatever direction feels most supportive for me. I’m someone who needs to understand how things work, the links between trauma, the brain, behaviour, coping patterns. Whenever I ask about it, Luba meets me there. She explains things in a way that helps me make sense of my story, and more importantly, helps me understand that so much of how I learned to cope growing up wasn’t my fault. That validation has been incredibly healing.

When I feel ready, she also helps me turn insight into action, offering practical, gentle, solution-focused steps I can actually bring into my life. It never feels forced - just supportive and empowering. I've made so much progress over the years thanks to this approach. 

Luba also has deep experience supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, and as I start navigating those thoughts and apprehensions myself, her calm, informed guidance has been such a comfort, she is a highly educated educator in this field. 

What I admire most about Luba though is her integrity. If something is outside her expertise, she’s honest about it. She’ll find resources, pursue further training, or encourage you to seek another professional if that’s what’s best for you. That level of honesty and ethics is rare, and it shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing above everything else.

Luba brings warmth, intelligence, compassion, and real moral integrity into her work, and you feel that every single session. I’m endlessly grateful to have found her, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more to anyone looking for a therapist who truly sees you, honours your story, and walks beside you while your life changes.

Working with Anni was truly transformative. For the first time, I felt genuinely heard and supported with complex gut and autoimmune concerns that had previously been overlooked. This is a great therapy, it's non invasive and no drugs or chemicals are used. The equipment is very comfortable and easy to use.  I had a very good experience and   rented a chamber to use at home. This was a more convenient and cheaper option for me. Davitt was always available on the phone to answer my questions.  Definitely recommend.
