Whole body cryotherapy is offered as a three-minute treatment aimed at supporting muscle recovery, reducing inflammation and improving energy. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is used to support healing, athletic performance and recovery. EMSculpt NEO combines muscle-building and fat-reduction technology, and EMSculpt NEO Functional is designed to support strength, mobility, recovery and longer-term wellbeing.
The clinic also provides EMFace, a non-invasive facial treatment that stimulates facial muscles and collagen without needles or downtime, alongside Lymphastim compression therapy for lymphatic drainage.
REFORM Skincare is also available, complementing the clinic's wider focus on recovery, body conditioning and wellbeing.

Lovely and professional staff, beautiful facility. Started HBOT therapy to reduce anxiety and fatigue, it has helped me greatly , improved my energy levels and I felt bulletproof days after doing the HBOT session. Highly recommended.
Was in for Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments, level of pain and inflammation feels reduced.
