Ms Rois Meenaghan is a holistic therapist with a strong scientific foundation and a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Holding a degree in Bioscience from Technological University Dublin, Rois has always been fascinated by the body at a cellular level, particularly how nutrition, lifestyle, and environment influence recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Her passion for integrative health expanded through her yoga teacher training, where she witnessed the transformative power of breath, movement, and mindfulness. This experience inspired her to explore how these ancient practices align with modern science and the body’s innate healing systems.
At ReWell, Rois blends evidence-based therapies with a compassionate, whole-person approach. She specialises in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), supporting clients navigating fertility challenges, long COVID, brain fog, injury recovery, and chronic fatigue. Whether working from ReWell’s Kildare clinic or facilitating home-based HBOT, Rois focuses on restoring balance, vitality, and resilience from within.
Currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology at the University of Portsmouth, she continues to bridge the science and self-awareness to help others heal, recover, and flourish.
