Anni Malloy is a Behavioural Coach with postgraduate training in Coaching Psychology from University College Cork and a professional background in Nutritional Therapy, health and physiology.
She works with people who may feel stuck, uncertain or lacking confidence, or who are navigating a period of change in their personal or professional life. Coaching may explore confidence and self-trust, overthinking and decision-making, motivation and follow-through, habits, performance and ambition, or periods of change and transition.
Anni’s approach is collaborative and person-centred, drawing particularly on cognitive behavioural coaching to explore the thoughts, beliefs, assumptions and patterns that may be shaping how someone thinks, feels or responds.
Her background in health and Nutritional Therapy also influences the way she works. Rather than looking at behaviour in isolation, she considers the wider context in which it happens — including physiology, environment, capacity and the realities of everyday life.
Anni is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI).
Coaching sessions are available online and in person in Kildare.

Working with Anni was truly transformative. For the first time, I felt genuinely heard and supported with complex gut and autoimmune concerns that had previously been overlooked. She took the time to fully understand my situation and helped me make sense of how my cycle, digestion and nutrition were all connected. I now have a much clearer understanding of my body and how to support my health long-term.
I had a really positive experience working with Anni. From our first appointment, she took the time to listen properly and understand the full picture rather than focusing on just one symptom. What stood out most was how clearly she explained everything. She helped me understand the reasoning behind each of her recommendations, which made it much easier to follow through with everything. The plan felt personalised and realistic, and within a short time I noticed improvements in my energy, digestion and cycle. I also felt much more informed and in control of my health overall. Anni is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate in her approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for nutrition support.
