Excellent service, very responsive, from firsf contact I was diagnosed with ADHD within 2 weeks and commenced on treatment within 4.
The psychiatrist herself is excellent, thorough, patient, and professional and would absolutely recommend her. However, the admin is difficult as the person replying may not respond to a follow up email. It took several attempts to get a response about booking. Emails are confusing with contradictory meeting information. This business specialises in neurodivergent assessments. This means that the adults making the appointments are also likely to be neurodivergent. The services are not user friendly for the target demographic.

NeuroMed Clinic has always been hands on with my treatment throughout the entire process from initial contact to diagnosis and treatment, Director of the Clinic is extremely friendly and helped me through a recent issue from the beginning until it was resolved. Doctors are very caring and down to earth The Clinic is run very effectively so your never left stuck with an issue the admin team are always quick to respond to any concerns
Dr Dissanayake was very patient, kind and understanding during my consultations. He really took the time to listen to me and made me feel calm and hopeful for the future. I've found the medication he recommended extremely helpful and I think they will help me to make the lifestyle changes he advised me to make in order to thrive. I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed with with I could be seen and assessed. Great service, thank you!
