Laoise was absolutely fantastic during my appointment this afternoon. I had recently been struck down with back pain, and she was incredibly welcoming, engaging, and friendly from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the treatment and helped me understand the steps I could take to support my recovery. She also shared personal stories along the way, which made the whole experience feel relaxed, genuine, and reassuring. One thing I really appreciated was that she recorded a video of the exercises she wanted me to do, just in case I forgot them later. She did this without any hesitation and at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that Laoise will be leaving the practice in the near future, as she is a real credit to the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone dealing with back pain or looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and caring physio.

I am v pleased with my current physiotherapist Sam. My recent visit was today. Had the necessary treatment on my glutes and back that makes a hugh difference to my wellbeing and mobility.
