Mr Sam Boyle

Mr Sam Boyle is a physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, having completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Saxion University, where he also obtained a minor in MSK and sports injuries. 

Sam’s approach to physiotherapy is rooted in self-empowerment and patient independence. He believes that individuals achieve the best outcomes when they take an active role in their rehabilitation, guided by clear education and a collaborative plan. He places great value on the bio-psycho-social model, ensuring that physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors are all considered in every treatment programme.

His clinical expertise includes the management of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, rehabilitation for athletes at all levels, and delivering effective massage therapy. As an NFQ Level 4 Personal Trainer, he integrates strength and conditioning principles into his physiotherapy practice and uses motivational interviewing techniques to enhance patient confidence, self-efficacy, and long-term adherence.

Outside the clinic, Sam maintains an active lifestyle, playing senior-level rugby and enjoying surfing and tennis. This personal experience in sport not only informs his clinical insight but also strengthens his ability to relate to and support athletes throughout their recovery and performance journeys.
