Ms Erin Moir

Erin Moir is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with broad international experience in both hospital and private practice settings. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2018, before beginning her career within the NHS, where she gained valuable clinical experience across a range of hospital departments. She later progressed into private practice, working throughout Scotland and New Zealand before settling in Ireland, where she now continues to expand her expertise.

Erin specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is known for developing highly personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle. She integrates Pilates principles into her therapeutic approach, drawing on her training in both mat and reformer Pilates to support strength, mobility, and long-term functional recovery. Her skill set also includes sports massage, targeted exercise prescription, and breathwork, allowing her to address a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal issues comprehensively and holistically.

With a strong belief in patient-centred care, Erin combines education, hands-on treatment, and structured movement plans to empower her clients throughout their recovery journey. She is committed to helping people understand their bodies, restore confidence, and return to the activities they love.
