Dr. Zainab Malik is a US trained and board certified Consultant Pediatrician par excellence with a passion for teaching, clinical research, and global health. With over twenty years of clinical practice and expertise in managing complex patients, she is the go-to pediatrician for families across the UAE and abroad. In addition, she is actively involved in medical education and training and holds the faculty position of Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dubai.
In addition to her board certification in General Pediatrics, Dr. Malik holds a sub-specialty certification for Pediatric Infectious Diseases from the American Board of Pediatrics and continues to fulfil the requirements for maintenance of certifications for both.
Dr. Malik has published extensively in leading peer reviewed medical journals and is frequently invited to speak at medical conferences both inside and outside the region. In addition she has appeared on local radio and print media to advocate best practices for child care.

She is a fantastic, caring, very effective doctor. One of our boys has been coughing for weeks and after one visit with her, she modified the treatment (prescribed by another doctor) slightly added a few more medications, the cough literally stopped overnight. She is amazing and both boys love her.

Dr Zainab is one of the most experienced and professional paediatricians we have met. Her bedside manner is next level and she is extremely thorough in her understanding and investigation. We have never felt rushed or confused after visiting her- she gives the parents and the children explanations that are at our level. We have been with her for many years and trust her blindly. It’s extremely rare to find a doctor that you don’t need to question- that reassures a patient that she’s got their best interest at heart.
