Dr. Walid Faraj is a UK board-certified Consultant General Surgeon currently practising at Clemenceau Medical Center in Dubai.

He completed his medical degree at Gilan University of Medical Sciences in 1992 before undertaking his general surgery training at the American University of Beirut, finishing in 2000. In 2005, he pursued fellowship training in liver transplantation and hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery at King’s College Hospital in London. In 2009, Dr. Faraj joined the Department of Surgery at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience in treating complex liver, gallbladder, bile duct, and pancreatic conditions.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
