Hip and Groin Pain

For over 2 years I believed I could heal myself with exercise. I was wrong. I’ve had 5 treatments and real progress is finally being made. Without the clinic’s help I have no chance of taking an active part in my new grand daughter’s life. Now I see a real day in the future with no pain. I’ve signed on for more courses.

Another fantastic visit as always with Jemma. Progressing my plan to help strengthen my knee. Her guidance is always really thorough and easy to follow.

I can’t recommend Marissa enough. After having my first baby via an emergency c section, I was nervous about my recovery and unsure where to start. Marissa made me feel completely at ease from the very first session. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about her clients’ progress.

She guided me through every stage of healing, from rebuilding my core and pelvic floor strength to helping me feel confident moving again. Thanks to her support, I’ve recovered so much better than I ever expected.

If you’ve had a c section or are navigating postnatal recovery, Marissa is absolutely the person you want by your side.

Upper Back Pain

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Arranging an appointment as a visitor from abroad was easy, the waiting time was minimal, and I was treated professionally. I’m now experiencing some pain relief. I would have liked another session, but my time as a tourist was limited by other arrangements. I’ll definitely book again on a future visit when I can plan more time.

Overall the biggest step was approaching a physio practice. But I'm very pleased I finally took the step and I am very happy with the ongoing treatment. Perhaps I was lucky in choosing Kinesio but I'll be there for the long term.
