Dr. Seungbae Lee

Dr. Seungbae Lee is a highly esteemed Consultant Urologist with an exceptional focus on Urologic Oncology, Minimal Invasive Laparoscopic, and Robotic Surgery. Dr. Lee's journey in urology began with his residency training at the esteemed Department of Urology in Seoul National University Hospital, Seoul, Korea. With over 20 years of experience in laparoscopic surgery and minimal invasive techniques, he has established himself as a pioneer in the field.

Dr. Lee's expertise extends to robotic surgery, with more than 6 years of experience in Korea, particularly in Robot Assisted Radical Prostatectomy (RARP) and Robot Assisted Partial Nephrectomy. His commitment to advancing urologic care led him to the UAE, where he has been dedicated to treating urologic cancer patients and urinary stone disease patients at Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital, RAK, since March 2015.

His areas of interest include a wide spectrum of urologic conditions, focusing on Uro-oncology, Endourology, and Urinary Stone Disease. Within Uro-oncology, Dr. Lee specialises in adrenal tumours, kidney cancer, renal pelvis cancer, ureter cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, testis cancer, and more. He is highly skilled in performing laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for these conditions, ensuring minimal invasiveness and optimal outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Lee's extensive educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Science from Seoul National University Graduate School of Medicine, Seoul, Korea. He has also completed clinical research fellowships at the Brady Urological Institute, Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in Baltimore, MD, USA, and the Department of Urology, Tokai University Hospital in Isehara, Kanagawa, Japan. Additionally, he is a board-certified urologist by the Korean Urology Board.
