Dr. Rhea Kotecha

Dr Rhea Kotecha is a general practitioner with a specialty focus in family medicine, longevity medicine, and functional medicine. She currently practices at Omnicare Medical and Aesthetic, where her work centres on preventive healthcare and long-term health optimisation.

Dr Kotecha graduated with an MB ChB from The University of Buckingham in 2020. Her qualifications also includes a BA in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes from Birmingham City University, and a MSc in Clinical Nutrition. This multidisciplinary training informs her integrated approach to medicine, combining clinical care with nutrition.

Her professional focus evolved toward longevity medicine following her experience of motherhood, reinforcing an emphasis on preserving health proactively rather than responding after disease onset. At Omnicare, Dr Kotecha’s practice involves the early identification of physiological imbalances using advanced biomarker analysis, cardiometabolic fitness testing, cognitive screening, and comprehensive assessments of gut and hormone health.
