The service after leaving the clinic was not as expected. I never received my test results via email as promised. The doctor was supposed to call me on Saturday, but no one reached out. I called 3 or 4 times to follow up, and every time they promised to contact me, but absolutely no one did.
Excellent doctor. Very professional, kind, and helpful. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The check-up was thorough, and I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.
