Dr. Raeba Mathew is a highly experienced ophthalmologist with over 29 years of expertise in healthcare institutions across India, the UK, and the UAE. Specializing in medical retina, she is proficient in diagnosing and managing various retinal conditions using advanced techniques such as lasers, intravitreal injections, and photodynamic therapy. Dr. Mathew is adept with the latest diagnostic and management techniques for eye disorders, including Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography, Wide Angle Digital Fundus Fluorescein Angiography, Indocyanine Green Angiography, Microperimetry, and Electrodiagnostic tests.

Dr. Mathew's professional experience includes her current role as a Specialist Ophthalmologist at the Canadian Specialist Hospital in Dubai, UAE, since May 2014. Prior to this, she served as a Specialty Doctor in Ophthalmology at King’s College Hospital, London, UK, from July 2011 to April 2014, and as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research Institute in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, from April 2007 to September 2009.

Her special interests focus on Medical retina especially diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, retinal vascular occlusions, central serous choroidoretinopathy and other ocular conditions such as uveitis, neuro-ophthalmology.
