Dr Nirusha Kumaran is a Consultant in Family Medicine with specialist expertise in Functional Medicine, Longevity Medicine, and Personalised Preventative Healthcare. She is dedicated to transforming the way we approach health, ageing, and chronic disease through precision medicine, root-cause diagnostics, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions, helping patients achieve long-term vitality and optimal healthspan.

Dr Kumaran currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at Founders Health and Medical Director of Menovivre, the UAE’s first women’s health-focused clinic, where she also practises as a Visiting Doctor. Most recently, she held the position of Head of Personalised Medicine at a leading longevity and precision medicine clinic in London, where she designed and led integrative care pathways combining advanced diagnostics, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, metabolic optimisation, and functional medicine strategies. She has also held senior leadership roles as Medical Director across innovative healthcare organisations and founded a virtual functional medicine practice, creating scalable, digital-first models of patient-centred care.

Her clinical approach goes beyond conventional medicine, integrating systems-based, functional, and preventative healthcare to identify and address the underlying drivers of disease. Dr Kumaran focuses on hormonal balance, metabolic health, stress resilience, and longevity optimisation, supporting patients to improve energy, performance, and overall wellbeing across every life stage.
