Dr Mustafa Ayad is an obstetrics and gynaecology specialist. He was previously the CEO and medical director of Ayad Medical Center. He has been practising in Dubai for the past 30 years and is a leading obstetrician and gynaecologist in the Middle East.

Dr Ayad gained his qualifications in Lebanon at the American University of Beirut, including a Doctor of Medicine which he earned in 1977. He also completed internship training programs at Harvard Medical School (Boston, USA) and Guy's Hospital (London, UK). His residency program was completed in 1980 at the American University of Beirut after which he pursued fellowship training at Northwestern University in Chicago, USA.
As a Lebanese national with French citizenship, Dr Ayad speaks Arabic, English, and French.
